One of the greatest Islamic scholars in his time.  A very well known and respected scholar.

Historical story of place: He is Sayyed Hashim  Ibn Sayyed Sulaiman Ibn Sayyed Ismael Al-Moosawi Al-Tooblani.  He studied on the hands of some of the greatest scholars in his time and was known for his outlook on things and constant reading.  After his death, his sons went and settled in Iran because of the current situation in the country.  There they continued spreading the word of Allah and advancing in their fields.  Sayyed Hashim died in the village of Na'eem and was buried in the village of Toobli.  He gave a lot to Islam and his many publications are still used and taught today.
